The main way you can participate in organizing GSAÉD events, campaigns or services is to join one of the GSAÉD committees. We will also sometimes post specific volunteer opportunities.
See the Campaigns Section to learn more about some of the activism GSAÉD is doing. GSAÉD needs support in its fight against high post-residency fees, the increasing commercialization of our campus, and other crucial struggles. To get involved in campaigns on these and other current issues that effect graduate students and the community, contact Patrick Imbeau, the External Commissioner. Is there a campaign you would like to see GSAÉD take on? Attend the Student Issues Action Committee.
If you are interested in representing graduate students on university committees, you can check if there is any vacant representative position.
Elections for the GSAÉD executive officer positions, as well as some representatives positions (Senate, Board of Governors, Faculty Councils) are held each year in March.
